Do you contribute to Sensei's Library?

Since we had an AI tournament recently, I decided to reminisce about 2019 AI Cup: https://senseis.xmp.net/?2019ChinaSecuritiesCupWorldAIWeiqiOpen

I don’t but i should.

Maybe I feel not enough comfortable with my english to write extended serious things.

Oh I did edit a few things now I remember.
Good initiative, and I think it’s still a living thing (writers and readers)

Mate, if you can teach us words like mignardise and you don’t know English then none of us do…

I contribute semi-regularly.

The latest thing I made was a small article about shape a week ago: https://senseis.xmp.net/?CrocodilesMouth. I do a fair bit of dead-link marking as well.

To say “SL is inactive” is to take a bit of a simplistic view. On one end of the spectrum, it’s not uncommon to see pages which were last edited over fifteen years ago. These are often stub articles about obscure professionals, which pretty much just copy over their info from an official federation page. A lot of the time there simply isn’t any notable change in their circumstances.

On the other end, certain pages are regularly updated, for instance https://senseis.xmp.net/?BigTitles. Note, for instance, that Yeonwoo’s page at https://senseis.xmp.net/?ChoYeonwoo has already been edited to show that she reached 2p.

But… isn’t mignardise French?

Is valet French?

Yes, it’s a French word, so it’s not weird that a French speaker would know those words, but have more difficulty with more common English words / grammar that aren’t derived from French.

I thought I remembered @Groin was fluent in French, but I’m not sure why I think that, now

There’s only one way to get more comfortable, and that’s by using English as much as you could  Others can always correct it if they’re bothered by potential mistakes.

I have contributed a little bit in the past, but mostly by participating in forum-like discussions, not by adding content.

I mostly see it as a reference, like an encyclopedia.

Now I remembered fondly Tencent tournament in 2018. That was when LZ was still young and everyone was excited. Good result especially in the preliminary was so surprising, LZ even won against Golaxy one game. And that’s considering in March it took handicap from Golaxy.

This one is especially well organized tournament. They had preliminary stage, then double round-robin stage and only after that - finals. In total 108 games.
