Does the app-like thing i've heard mentioned only work on android?

i hear tell that there is a thing one can add to the home screen of one’s phone which makes OGS a bit more like an app. is that only a thing that works for android, or can iphone users do it too? i have an iphone and can’t see it anywhere :face_with_monocle:

thanks all. so is the thing benjito mentioned - which i’ve now done and am satisfied with - the same as the PWA or is that something different?

(‘he’ is not my pronoun though, btw. i use ‘they’, which is also handy in any situation where you don’t know what flavour of person you’re referring to)

PWA is a bit of a fuzzy term in my opinion, but yes I think that’s a reasonable word for it.
