Does timing out a ladder game result in being booted off the ladder?

I recently timed out of a 9x9 ladder game and found I had lost my spot completely. Is this the ladder policy does anyone know?
(This was actually came about by taking myself off vacation in order to play a bot and forgot to put myself back on vacation…no intention to timeout.)

Yes you lose your spot but if you rejoin the ladder and you still have ongoing games then a win there will restore your position.

You have three chances to leap-frog back up thanks to those that challenged you. :slight_smile:

Thanks Kosh. Thats obviously nowhere near as bad, I was a little lucky to have a chance to stay near the top end
