Don't hear voice "Game started" and etc

For the past few days I haven’t been hearing voice notifications like Пame started, Byo-Yomi, seconds counting and etc. Other sounds like stone placements are working fine.

These sounds also fail to play on the Settings page irrespective of the chosen language/voice.

Also see this, don’t know if it is related.

P. S. It’s more fun out in the streets. When I need to talk to someone, I start by negotiating which language to use. Sometimes I’m forced to speak a language I don’t know very well. Unfortunately, not everyone here speaks English. But gestures helps a lot. You are really don’t need a language to survive.

The current status is multiple people are reporting this so the issue is definitely real, and yet “it works for me”.

If someone with the ongoing error could check under the “Network” tab and let me know if there are any errors loading the audio files, or any errors on the console that could be useful in figuring out what’s going on. (The audio context warning stuff is expected until you click or otherwise interact with the page, that’s a browser thing to prevent background audio from just playing to spam users).
