Do we know what happened with the timeout?

Sound problem it seems. Unclear if due to OGS or not.
Is time countdown on the stone something considered by OGS? This could become a requirement for such important games :frowning:

Isn’t it already the case?

Sound preferences can be changed here:

https://online-go.com/settings/sound

I don’t recall seeing this in my games, is it automatic? Otherwise, if it is somewhere in the settings, I’d be glad to know which it is because I didn’t see anything like it when searching :frowning:
nb: I meant visual countdown, not sound. Like on fox.

Update: I read in an old post that it exists for the stone one is about to place, then I guess that’s why this doesn’t necessarily help (probably this is the case here) - for instance when I play I remove the mouse from the board so I don’t click by mistake  next time, should know then…

Indeed that’s what I have in mind. There’s a visual countdown on the stone that follows your mouse.
