I would like to find the result table of a fininshed tournament I took part in. How can I do that from the games itselves?

If you are able to find a game from that tournament, open that game page and look for the trophy shaped icon near the top on the right-hand side menu. That will be labeled as “Tournament” and bring you to the corresponding tournament.
