I’m an amateur 7 dan player in Taiwan. And I was a pre-pro player in Taiwan go association (A class).
As I can see, in western country, players have less resource than I am in Asia. Many of you are stopped when you want to promote the ranking form kyu to dan (or lower dan to higher level).
