Game not ending after Stone removal phase timer runs out

I have accepted the scoring, my opponent hasn’t but the 24hr clock has run out. In fact it has run out twice. After this happened yesterday I tried hitting autoscore, it reset the 24hr clock but it has run out again and still no result.

Surely this isn’t supposed to be like this is it?

Cerainly not, try calling a moderator with the right slide out panel button. Should be easier for them to find like that.
