Finished playing a game, and even though me and my opponent both passed and accepted the result, it’s stuck saying it’s an active game. How would I go about fixing that?

I think something is wrong today. I currently have a game where I can’t see any details, it’s stuck, but it looks on my phone as if it might be my turn.
I messaged the other player to ask if they can cancel the game, but I can’t see my messages after hitting enter either.
A game I played earlier is showing as active, even though the other person resigned.

Same thing with me. I have two games stuck as active despite both of them being finished.
I’m having the same problem—it won’t go any further than the download, and for some reason, instead of the 13x13 board I ordered, it’s trying to download a 19x19 one.
I guess ogs just always show 19x19 when something fails to load.
