I met only 1 player who (in a real life tournament):
1 move a stone from its location
2 played twice in late fuseki
Both cheating were easily resolved and I felt like going to visit a zoo.

It’s hard to cheat online. There’re methods to inflate your rating and stuff like that, but it’s mostly pointless.
