Getting charged with no supporter benefits

I’ve noticed that I’m being billed monthly and I would be fine paying if I was actually getting the benefits listed but it seems like I’m still getting billed while the site lost track that it was part of my account.

Is there anywhere specific I need to go to get this issue fixed?
