Just an observation.

From May 2015 til March 2020 (corona lockdown) roughly 1000 posts.
From March 2020 til now more than 2000 posts.

Just a speculation.
Number of likes per post has gone down drastically?

At one point I observed that good go memes were like primes - they (good ones) are further and further apart.

Right after that Mr Entropy came along and it was like he cracked the “finding primes” algorithm for a while! But likes per meme are still down, because they really are like primes, even if there was a cluster, truly good ones are hard to find.

Go - beginning of the end.

The game was invented in China more than 2,500 years ago

The QR code system was invented in 1994 by Masahiro Hara from the Japanese company Denso Wave. The initial design was influenced by the black and white pieces on a Go board.

AlphaGo research project was formed around 2014 to test how well a neural network using deep learning can compete at Go.

in 2020 due to the pandemic use of QR codes was greatly increased

Was this inspired by Dwyrin’s game the other day, where he connected and died?
