Handicaps

Auto handicaps should be based on the time control, instead of “overall”; otherwise, they might be too big or too small or given to the wrong player.

This is related to a wider point I’m trying to make about challenges in general.

Overall rank should be irrelevant. Game-type rank should be used to determine eligibility for rank-restricted challenges, colours and handicaps. At the moment it appears to be a mixture of different ranks.
