I suggest you try to be more efficient with your moves. Don’t be afraid to experiment or overstep the boundaries a little bit. Your moves are a bit too safe and close together. I also recommending trying your best to read ahead. Some of your moves protect things that don’t have to be protected. If you think ahead and realize that it doesn’t have to be protected, you can avoid unnecesary moves.
