How to arrange the offline activities during 3-week Weiqi Program of Shanghai Summer School

Weiqi Project, Shanghai Summer School 2023 will be held offline during this July, 2023 at Shanghai Jian Qiao University. The courses will contain Weiqi, Calligraphy, Chinese and the sightseeing in Shanghai. The university now plan to offer the tuition fee, accommodation and traveling during these three weeks. This project can offer 20 seats for overseas players or weiqi learners.The details will be figured out till the end of March.
Any suggestion will be welcomed.
