after I played with orange-named (site supporter? or administrator? maybe?) players, I always got a message like this: “the computer has finished analyzing your game Friendly Match” (something like that).
This does not happen to games with regular players.
how do I turn that message off?

Short answer: I don’t think it can be turned off.
Site supporters are gold. I think orange is for AGA(American Go Association) officials. OGS moderators are purple and pros are dark green.
Note that when you get the notification, it is telling you that you have access to full AI game review information for that game, normally reserved for supporters only. More info on using the review is available here: Understanding the AI review · online-go/online-go.com Wiki · GitHub
