After my last billing, I immediately put my account “on vacation” as I have not been playing for a while
Today I was billed $4 again. I verified that my account is supposed to be on vaction, and I have more than a month of vacation left
I’d like the $4 refunded to my credit card
“On Vacation” means that your game timers are not counting down.
The vacation mode feature is meant just for pausing all of your correspondence games, and does not affect the site supporter payments.

Sorry for the bad experience of being charged when you did want to be. Our developer @anoek is fairly reasonable and probably can help you out with processing a refund and make sure that you are not further charged.

Hi @hmp49 , I’ve refunded your last charge. What folks have said in this thread is correct though, “Vacation” is about pausing the clocks on your correspondence games, it’s not designed as a way to pause your supporter status. It’s not a problem to issue a refund though, it’s a no questions asked refund policy here. That said, I did not cancel your plan for you, so depending on how long you plan on taking a break for, you might want to cancel that to prevent another charge next month.
