as in the title mentioned I don’t receive the email with the link no matter how often I click the button to send it to me.
Although it tells me that the mail was send. It is nowhere to find. Also not in the spam order.

Sorry about this, this seems to pop up every now and then. Our lead developer @anoek will be able to sort you out, but he can be quite busy at times.
