Hello. I paused to check in my email if I got a msg from OGS so that I can explain my opponent the reason why I had to pause, and at my return I lost the window. Can a moderator contact that person and explain what happened? Also, is it possible to cancel the game? In addition, I would like to know when 'll be able to use the chat window. Thanks,
In general, you can contact the moderators using the “Call Moderator” button, which is in the right hand pop-out menu on the game page.
