In this game https://online-go.com/game/18152193, each time I enter the page (either on PC or on my mobile), the in-game chats returns to the top and scrolls swiftly to the bottom. It’s the only game that does that.
It’s a minor inconvenience, but is there a way to stop it?
Simply confirming this happens to me too, so it isn’t isolated to Gia’s browser or a cache issue.
Does the same happen for your opponent? Wouldn’t it be a lucky coincidence if he/she happened to be a mod/coder? @Eugene.
It sure would be a huge coincidence if your opponent happened to be both a mod and a coder!

I think what we are seeing here is the chat getting loaded.
When you open the game, the site connects to the game chat. Then the server sends each already existing message. The mechanism filling the chat is the same as adding new messages.
It doesn’t usually do it, though. And I’m a talker in in-game chat., so almost all game chats are looooong.
I’m of the opinion “if it ain’t standard behavior, report it”
