I basically cannot get an automatch game. Putting in rank range of like 15k-9k, standard or disabled handicap, weeks waiting with nothing. Normal default time settings

yeah same here,
ive always thought that a super tranparent automatcher would help alieveiate this problem,
like if you could tell how many ppl were in the queue and such

I just entered 14k-8k and got a game immediately. 
It was a bit of a suprise really - I wasn’t actually wanting a game, I was just testing it out, and the green light on the selection indicator was not on

BTW I think this has to be the worst way to get a correpondence game. With correspondence, there are ways to get a game immediatley, and with much better review of who you will be playing.
Selecting an opponent off a ladder seems ideal to me.
