I was playing this game Fabio vs. amybot-ddk and the bot started to act weird, at the end I thought I would have a crushing win, but the score said I won for just 5.5 points, is it right? If so, can someone point me to some place where I can learn those rules?

The ruleset is ‘Chinese’. That means, simplified, your stones count as points as well!
That also means that Dame should be filled as thats valid points.
The usual standard ruleset in the west is ‘Japanese’, where only the surrounded area counts.
Filling your own territory in Chinese rules neither gain or loses points. Its a weird habbit of that bot.

Just to add to what Tschej already said. Chinese rule uses what’s called area scoring, and Japanese rule uses what’s called territory scoring. Here are pages talking about these two types of scoring on Sensei’s library if you’re interested in more details.
