Is this seki in top left?

Is this game in Seki in the top left. If not please explain. Seems to me if either player moves then the other player captures. Thanks

It’s bent four in the corner. White is dead. See variation in the comment I left.

@nathanielc it is a bent 4 but look at the review http://online-go.com/review/32686
Around move 50 there are interesting moves you missed. It was a rectangular six in the corner before it became a bent four.
