This is from the user page for my 19x19 account. The pie chart shows no wins against stronger players in the last 35 ranked games, but from the table at the bottom of the image you can see that’s not true. The last three games I won against stronger players don’t count. None of them had a handicap, two were by resignation, and one was by about 98 points.
If I extend the number of games the pie chart applies to, the first game that actually counts is a match against a 7k player. The three most recent matches I won were against players that I am currently ranked higher than when they played, but at the time I was ranked lower than them.
As far as I can tell, either:
- The pie chart compares the ranks of the opponent at the time of the match against the current rank I am now, or
- Perhaps I was ranked lower before I won the match, but after the victory I was ranked higher. But this would mean the table takes the rank before the match finished into account when it generates the shade of green, but the pie chart takes the ranks after the match into account.
