How do you actually go to these type of puzzles on the website? I clicked around for a bit through the various problem categories, but could not figure out how to even find this class of puzzles.

These are on the main site, so make sure you are not on the cartoon adventure mode meant for beginners. The category is called “Corner Patterns.”
