Why can ranked komi only be 7.5 when AI says 6.5 is more even? In Nipponese rules.
Japanese 19x19 uses 6.5 komi
Chinese 19x19 uses 7.5 komi
AI thinks 7 komi is the closest we can get to fair, but for some reason human Go players outside of New Zealand are terrified of the supremacy of including tied games as a legal result
