Ladder ranking did not update

I won a ladder game by time out yesterday but my ranking has not been updated yet. Does anybody knows why? Here’s a link to the game page : https://online-go.com/game/18320228

I’m getting a similar issue. On my profile page my position has been updated to 1861 but on the ladder page I am still at the previous position of 2677. This is the game that should have changed my position in the ladder: https://online-go.com/game/26564641. Does it just take time to update the table, or is this a bug?

Hi, I won a row of ladder games during the last weeks, but my rank never improved (at least not in the 19x19 ladder; 9x9 and 13x13 seem to be ok). My last game was right now against lamauditefolle.

What do you mean by rank? Your place in the ladder or which Kyu/Dan you are?

Unfortunately it has happened again, with this one: https://online-go.com/game/27325264. I won the game, we are both still in the ladder, but my ladder position has not been updated.

Update: this instance of the problem was fixed by a moderator.
