That’d be a bug - it’s supposed to be syncing.

Does anyone have ‘opposite experience’ - IE “works for me”?

Sadly no, I can only add to the “not syncing” part.

@noob42 sounds like your efforts are needed in this area afterall!

SO not sure if something was touched, however the new coursed I competed today have synchronized across the three platforms. The one I’ve done historically have not. if that helps at all.

Aha! Thank you for this critical info. This explains it. @GreenAsJade

This is happening because we’re only considering the new write to have the sync/replication.

I’ll have a go at it this weekend. Where I’ll try to get the entire history replicated!

Hah darn it - I thought the whole structure would get written, if I thought about it at all  Nice detective work, hope you find a fix!

Yup, just today I was also surprised to see that my progress on desktop (macOS, Safari) wasn’t synced to my iPhone (also with Safari) :open_mouth:

Hi everyone, update on this issue. Now, English is not my first language so I will try to be as clear as possible.

  1. Officially, OGS devs have decided not to go forward with implementing code ot migrate local and stale Learn hub progress to remote. Since it add complexity to the code and is not really worth adding it (yet).

  2. Onwards, any new lesson that you will complete is already getting sync-ed.

I apologise for the inconveniece.

Thanks @noob42 for taking the time to look at this. The Historical is only a minor inconvenience as the new course completed are sync’d across mobile and laptop I have no problems picking up where I left of when I switch devices. much appreciated
