We might be able to help you with the basics. For example, in this game you just played:

Those white stones are in atari, you could have just captured them and gotten a better result.

That looks like a White win after komi to me even with the capture; am I missing something or was it a handicap game? I think White’s ahead by 1 on board area scoring

I see

can u explain what u mean here if possible

It does. Initially I thought that it might be close to winning, but I went and checked and it wasn’t, so I editted my post to “gotten a better result” instead of “probably winning”.

would u play a game with me if your willing ofc

After JethOrensin’s capture sequence, Black ends up with 3 stones on the horizontal centerline and 1 stone below it, compared to White’s 6 stones on the horizontal centerline and 1 above it. So in net White is up 3 stones on the horizontal centerline, ie 3 points (stones beyond the centerline count double, but they cancel out in this case) (I missed the White stone above the centerline in my previous analysis, but the conclusion still holds)

I highly recommend the three tutorials by mark5000, on the first page of the Puzzles tab: Stone Development for Beginners, Exercises for Beginners, and Tactics Tutor. They are very helpful, and they do not take long to do.

Also, it is unclear to me whether you know about the normal progression of 19x19 play: corners, sides, center. Early play focuses on the corners (taking them, or approaching enemy corners), because that is the easiest place to establish a base. Later the focus shifts to the sides, because that is the next easiest play to get a base. Only later does the focus shift to the interior of the board. These are, of course, generalizations.

I raise this issue because in this game (clementmiartwork vs. KingYAMA) you ignored the open corner on the lower right on your third move (move 6 of the game). Playing in that corner would have given you a foothold in three corners compared to your opponent’s one corner, a significant advantage. Black’s move at K16 was a bad play and could be safely ignored at this point. Playing in the third corner was much more valuable.

I also think, you are playing a time control that is too fast (10 sec byo-yomi). I suggest 5 min + 5 x 30 sec. You are currently overlooking ataris that you should see if you take more time.

I also suggest, after a game is over, that you look at the significant moves listed by the AI and try to figure out why they were important.

More significantly, in that game you resigned when you were winning! Okay, you’ve just had four stones captured. But there are much more important things happening on the board, such as the way you’ve surrounded a big area at the top left.

But first things first: puzzles will help you get better at spotting which stones are in atari, and that makes a huge difference.
