Hum how to say? First thanks to relay the information.
Now a private company organizing the “Olympiad” sounds a bit weird to me, even if (this time only?) It’s all free.
World running at reverse, private doing the job of association who organize their online meeting almost costless for them but you need to take your membership and it’s not that cheap.
This year, there will be three Go tournaments (all played on OGS) at the Mind Sports Olympiad.

The MSO also has tournaments of many other board and card games, including chess, backgammon and poker. There are traditional games from around the world, for example Togyzkumalak from Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan, and Frisian Draughts from the Netherlands. And slo many popular modern board games like Catan, Carcassonne, Puerto Rico and Agricola.
