Missing game in stats? [Solved]

Hi,

here is a friend of mine. She doesn’t speak english.

She’s a newbie, still learning the game, but she likes to play.
Today I was checking her games and noticed that one of them doesn’t appear in the chart.

This is the game:

It’s ranked. 12 moves played.
Started May 18, 2018 9:45 PM, ended May 30, 2018 8:12 PM

May 29 - May 31: total of zero ranked games.

Any reason?
