Mistake in rank when signing up

Not sure what happened but when I signed up I tried to select 8kyu but was given 17kyu. Is it possible to have this reset? I don’t want to have to create another login because a hiccup while I was signing up.

Hi, same seems to have occurred to me. Sorry - first time OGS user. I tried and obviously failed to set myself up as a 3d and got set also to 17k somehow? Help?
