Money taken for subscription several times


I signed up for a year of $60/month and they took out the money 3 times and it says I’m not even a supported. What the eff is this? Can i get all my money refunded please?

It doesn’t have to be blatant theft, it can simply be a technical issue.

Oh sorry I have a flair for the dramatic. I just noticed this, and it’s from back in Feb.

The interface could certainly be clearer - the red X’s there indicate there was a payment problem. It looks like our payment processor attempted three tries before giving up, hence the three charges spaced out like that in February, but no money was actually transferred.
