Is there a reason to not be able to show all your games at once or let say 13 ranked and unranked together?
Would it be then possible to implement this multiple selection (instead of switches)?
if you select nothing, it will show everything
if you select “13”, but do not select ranked and do not select unranked, it will show both ranked and unranked for 13
