No moderator responded

I flagged this game https://online-go.com/game/14747141 for moderator support several weeks ago but no one ever responded. Meanwhile the open moderator request seems to have disappeared. Should I have done something differently? The opponent was very abusive and should be spoken to, I believe.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention. The game should have been annulled, and I did annul it just now. I don’t know why it wasn’t annulled. I’ll shoot the player a message, too. Keep in mind, however, that this situation is most probably an example of something I posted about before. See PSA concerning beginners

I might agree if he had responded to any dms. Maybe he doesn’t speak English…

New users can play games, but until they confirm their email address and reopen their tab they cannot chat in game or pm.
