These are better stats, if you repeat this survey, and augment it to measure stickiness, you can say really solid things about OGS growth.
On the subject of search terms and first impressions:
When I decided to try go, I searched for āgo onlineā. Ogs was the first hit, but I was put off by the self-description as the bestest server ever, so I clicked first on kgs. I couldnāt make it work on my browser, returned to the google result list and clicked on ogs. Signing up worked quickly and the tutorial at that time was very good including the example games.
