I believe in handicap games white usually gets either 0 or 0.5 points komi (unless the handicap is given by means of reverse komi).

it does not have to one way to form the team. for example, you can keep your team, the rest of us draft etc. it might be possible to make everyone happy, that’s the spirit of this league, except only half of us will win.
