Ongoing AI service outage

Hi All,

Our internet service provider that provides connectivity to our AI servers is experiencing an outage. AI, autoscoring, and post game score estimation will not function until the outage is over.

There’s no estimate for a fix yet, the outage started about 30 minutes ago, I’m waiting to hear back from them and will update this post when I have more information.

Sorry for the problems. When they come back online, your games will be reviewed but it might take a little bit for the servers to catch up.

Is there a game-clock outage too?

Connectivity just came back up, things should begin to normalize.
