Are there AGA/EGF sanctioned official online tournaments open to international players this year?

Yes, probably. Tho it looks like both EGF and AGA tournament calendars are somewhat empty at the moment, you can follow them at European Tournament Calendar and Open Tournament and Workshop Calendar | American Go Association
I think i heard American Go Congress will be online again this year. I’m not sure what month but it should be open to international players and probably hosted here at OGS again.
