Opponent does not accept dead stones and left the game rudely

This is the game,

Please some admin: accept the result so that the game finishes. Also I’ve left talk in the private chat to my opponent, explaining why this behaviour is very rude and such. He seems to have over a hundred games though! It would be nice to clearly inform the user that this behaviour should not be tolerated, and do something if this keeps repeating itself over and over [that should be general when a player is repeatedly at fault].
