Mainly how to punish the early invasion.

It seems to me that the analysis tool gives you some good hints.
The proper way to counter the invasion (“punish” sounds far fetched) is to separate the white stones, which is what eventually happened in the game anyway. A big turning point is move 51, where black could have reinforced the center group, putting pressure on the white group and preventing a large central white framework. Move 67 at D7 was also big.
