One of the players has 3 points with only 2 wins, while the other players have only 1 point for every victory. Can someone explain why that is?

Were you given multiple games against the same people? There was an issue like that in a 13x13 round robin I was in. It counted each game as points, even if the games didn’t show up by looking at the tournament. If not, I don’t know.
I think it is 1 game against each opponent.
Unless there’s some mcmahon type setting being used by the round robin setting I’m not sure.

I’ve seen this type of bug before. Note that the Tournament Director can adjust the points to correct it if someone lets them know about it (before the tournament ends).
