I tried to save a Preferred Setting with auto komi, and is seemed to save it as 0.5.
Perhaps that’s how auto komi is handled by the site, but it looked like a bug to me.

Handicap or Komi? 0.5 is Komi you have highlighted.
There is some debate about this but I think 0.5 Komi is pretty normal for handicap games. I guess the exception is that it would be full Komi where the players were equally ranked.
Were the settings you used the same in that case and the ones in the line above?
Yes, I meant komi.
I thought the line above had different settings, but when I use each they both come back as automatic komi, so this definitely seems like some kind of bug.
