Black has two groups: a group of 5 stones (G10) and a group of 2 stones (K9). These groups are weak (at risk of dying), and they are separated by the two stones H9. The goal for Black is to capture these two white stones. If Black can do that, then not only the two weak groups are connected into one, but also Black makes an eye, making that group difficult to attack.

OP seems to be a beginner, so may need some help. I didn’t say how to capture the two stones though.
