Something weird is happening, the scroll bar in the game chat doesn’t work, so I can’t move up to read again old messages. This is a bit annoying.
I hope you can help me fix that.

Thanks for your answer. I use Safari on a MacBook Air. With Chrome it works well, but with safari on an Ipad it also works perfectly fine.

Thanks - strangely, it looks fine in the screenshot! What is the exact “thing the doesn’t work”?
I mean the precise moment that you know “this isn’t working”
Are you using a mouse? What happens when you mouse-over the scroll bar: does the cursor change to the pointer, saying “scrollbar active”? Or is that scrollbar “dead”, not even cursor knows its there?
I use a trackpad, and it’s as if the scrollbar was dead, as you say. Absolutely nothing happens. This is how it appears at first
Then when the chatbot fills up it turns to grey but doens’t move. Weird.
It’s getting weirder! I’ve just checked with another ongoing game, I’ve added a message to fill the chatbox and it worked! I’ve tried again, it worked and suddenly it’s like everything is blocked, and sometimes it works again.
