Besides the correct answer James Davies also supplied two variations, one that is a failure for Black and one that is a failure for White.
(Normally I don’t add the variations, but this time I did.)
The last move of the first problem is an obvious mistake.

How? You have better move as creating a ko to capture the stones?

With A6, white can rescue his stones, how can this be better?
This problem is fun because many will think of A6 instead of B6 and be satisfied by the shortage of liberties preventing white to capture black stones. But that is missing the ko which is no risk for black and can lead to capture white stones. A charming problem indeed.
