Whole board puzzles are interesting, it would be nice to see these more !
Opening problems or direction of play or tesuji on the whole board, or puzzles with tesuji or nice moves from pro game positions are interesting, too.
For example, puzzles like these: Exercices Ecole Grenoble: De quel côté bloquer ? (online-go.com)
Or this: Shapes to remember (SDK level) • Life In 19x19
Apart from that, tesuji problems are always useful in general.
On that note, the Segoe Kensaku Tesuji Dictionary is nice. I’ll create a post with a few interactive tesuji puzzles soon.

I will try to present a more diverse selection of puzzles.
More variation in board sizes, difficulty level and types of puzzles (life & death, direction of play, endgame, capturing races, etc.).
Feel free to add some Segoe Kensaku’s tesujis here.
