Question about Withdrawing from Ladder

I am in a ladder that I wanted to withdraw from for a while now. I had held off on withdrawing since I had an active game going and would rather play that out.

However, I noticed that in the ongoing game, my opponent is now no longer in that ladder anymore (presumably due to him timing out in some other game for that ladder).

Can I now withdraw from the ladder without automatically resigning that game? Or will the system still cause that game to be resigned?

It will still cause that game to be resigned. Though we should probably allow you to withdraw without resigning now though since we’re allowing timeouts to do that…

Fyi… in the next patch release we will allow resigning the ladder without resigning all of your games. Those games will still be played but will not count towards ladder placement.
