What’s the correct response to a rank 1 invasion, like move 144 by white in the link below. Sounds like a devastating move that completely destroys your territory. What’s the standard response?

I was actually looking for this on sensei library but didn’t know what it was called.
It is actually quite demoralising when it happens and can change the outcome of some games.
I guess it is similar to 3-3 invasions which I have become more comfortable with but used to feel as though my territory was being taken.
One just needs to be aware that the opening for monkey jump exists and determine whether it is worth blocking at that point in the game.
