Rank doesn't change after beating stronger opponent twice

I’m 14kyu and beat a 13kyu two games in a row and my rank did not change at all. Is that normal? If it were a weaker opponent I could see this making sense but not against a stronger one.

Yes, the games were ranked. Also, I’ve relatively new to the game so I’m guessing that my rank hasn’t fully stabilized yet.

Might be the last three games even that aren’t been processed.

Could just be some temporary sever lag.
